Bill Payment Option

Payment may be made at Lycoming County Water and Sewer Administration Building in Montoursville PA .

They may also be mailed in to: LCWSA, P.O. Box 186, Montoursville, PA 17754.

Lycoming County Water and Sewer Authority (LCWSA) accepts the following methods of payments for the sewer and/or water bill:

1. Cash (in person only).
2. Personal check or a check your bank generates on your behalf made out to LCWSA.
3. Money order or certified check made out to LCWSA.
4. Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, and Discover). This can be done in person, over the phone, or setup to be deducted automatically once per month (to sign up for this please click here).
5. ACH (Automatic Clearing House). This is where we deduct the payment directly from your bank account on or about the 20th of the month.  To sign up for this click here.
