FACILITY RENTAL INFORMATION

2018 Room Rate Resolution

We are eager to help you meet your goals through your use of our outstanding facilities.

Your adherence to the following guidelines will enable us to serve you.

 

Our primary Board and Training Room accommodates groups up to 40 people comfortably depending on setup.  Our other Green Conference Room is available for a small group and can accommodate 8.

 

The completed application and Certificate of Insurance must be submitted with a 50% non-refundable rental deposit to hold the space.  LCWSA will invoice following the event.  Checks may be made payable to Lycoming County Water and Sewer Authority and mailed to:

Please be specific with all of your meeting needs, writing additional information as necessary.  Include a floor plan if a special arrangement is required.

 

Rentals are for one-half day (up to four hours) or for full day (four to eight hours).  Over eight hours will be determined hourly.  Charges are based on the arrival and departure times stated on the application.  LCWSA assumes that groups will adhere to those times and is not responsible for group deviation.  Meetings outside of normal business hours require a staff presence and would be invoiced accordingly.

 

SMOKING:  Tobacco use of any kind is not permitted in any LCWSA buildings.  This applies to all interior space, e.g. restrooms, corridors, lobbies, private offices, etc.

 

ALCOHOL:  Alcoholic beverage requests must be approved by LCWSA prior to your event.

 

Any vandalism or repairs resulting from the activity will be charged to the organization using the facility.

 

Regulations of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and local ordinances related to occupancy and use of decorations must be observed.
