LCWSA’s mailing address is P.O. Box 186 Montoursville, PA  17754.  Our physical location is in Fairfield Township at 216 Old Cement Road, Montoursville.  Our office hours are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.  We can be reached by phone, (570) 546-8005, or toll free at (877) 546-8005, from 9:00 AM until 4:30 PM.

Meeting Schedule

The regular monthly meetings, for 2012, of the Lycoming County Water and Sewer Authority will be held on the first Wednesday of every month at 7:00 PM on the following dates:

All of the above meetings will be held in the conference room of the administrative offices at the Montoursville Regional Sewer System Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) located at 216 Old Cement Road, Fairfield Township, Montoursville, PA 17754. The facility is handicapped accessible.  Impaired persons with special needs should submit their request in writing and reasonable accommodations will be made.

The Finance Committee of the Lycoming County Water and Sewer Authority will hold monthly meetings in 2012. The Finance Committee will be the third Wednesday of every month at 10:30 AM on the following dates:
