The Regional Chesapeake Bay Pollution Reduction Plan (CBPRP) has been prepared by the Lycoming County Water and Sewer Authority (LCWSA) for the BOROUGH OF DUBOISTOWN and the BOROUGH OF SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT. This Regional CBPRP replaces and updates the CBPRPs prepared by each Borough and adopted in 2017. The Regional CBPRP is available via the LINKS BELOW or at the Borough Offices of South Williamsport and Duboistown, or at the Administrative Office of Lycoming County Water and Sewer Authority.
On December 18, 2020, Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection approved the Regional CBPRP which reduced the overall loading requirements of the Boroughs and allows for one project to achieve compliance for both Boroughs' MS4/CBPRP permit.
