Over the past two years, Lycoming County Water & Sewer Authority (LCWSA) has been working on the design of the sewer main and lateral repairds in Church Alley. LCWSA utilized McTish, Kunkel & Associates (MKA) to complete the design and prepare bid documents for construction.

The project also includes lateral replacements on Loyalsock Avenue.
The bid has been awarded to HRI, Inc. and construction is slated to begin on Monday, May 24th. The expected working hours are Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM. Work will begin at Church Alley, with the lateral replacements at Loyalsock Avenue to begin following completion of the work at Church Alley.
